Lynne Arnold, MBA, CRC – Technical Leader Retirement Division
Lynne joined the firm late in 2003 with over 30 years of experience in employee benefit trust administration and management in the Houston office of a major New York based commercial and investment banking corporation. As a Technical Leader, Lynne is responsible for consulting on a wide range of employee benefit plan issues, establishing internal policies and procedures for legal and regulatory compliance of client accounts, providing technical support to the marketing and administration teams, reviewing plan documents, preparing new plan documents, and writing technical correspondence. Her extensive institutional trustee and investment management experience with all types and sizes of employee benefit plans provide the firm with another perspective and source of industry knowledge.
Lynne was raised in California and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with a degree in Political Science in Public Administration. In 1966, she was one of the first women to receive a MBA degree from the Harvard Business School .
