Healey & Associates, Inc., a financial services firm with offices in Auburn and Portland Maine, is seeking a Service Representative to join our team of employee benefits professionals in our Portland office.
Primary responsibilities include receiving and resolving customer service inquires related to insurance premium rates, billing, client eligibility, employee benefit plan implementation, and working in a coordinated effort with the account manager to service small and large group accounts.
The ideal candidate will have at least three to four years of experience servicing small and large group employee benefits sales and renewals.
In this position, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Publisher and Access preferred. In addition, team building, client relationship skills and extensive knowledge of employee benefits are critical aspects to success in this position.
